Milda Gecaité

Born in Lithuania, Milda first set her foot onto the dance floor at the early age of five. After falling in love with both Ballroom and Salsa dancing, Milda had the honour of being in the top 10 dancers of the Lithuanian Championships. In addition to her Lithuanian success, Milda has participated in competitions in various cities throughout Germany, Poland, Russia, Latvia and more.

Her professional dance career did not end upon her arrival to Canada. Through her hard work and dedication, Milda earned 1st place in the Toronto International Champion Challenge, as well is in the Mississauga open and the “La Coupe du Defi” held in Montreal.

Her most recent accomplishment was her role in the musical “Dirty Dancing”, an opportunity which allowed her to really let her true colour shine ever so brightly on the stage of the Royal Alexandra theatre.
