Zouk 'Body Isolations & Cambré' Workshop March 19

Finally, what you have all been waiting for is here! Learn that hair-whip (safely).  
This  2-hour intensive workshop is dedicated to developing flexibility and control in women's so called "hair movements" such as  the cambré. We will break down the unique upper body isolations seen in zouk and explain how to perform cambrés with ease and finesse.

** This workshop is an absolute must for serious zouk dancers. Both FOLLOWS and LEADS are encouraged to participate as these upper body movements are initiated by the lead. **

Social dancers from other disciplines (salsa, ballroom, etc.) are also welcome, since it is an excellent opportunity to learn how to execute beautiful dips.
