What are routines (aka combinations or patterns)?

Routines are a sequence of movements. We group movements into routines that are commonly used on the dancefloor when social dancing. Each week we will review the previous week’s routines and learn a new movement and routine!

Oh no! I missed a class, what do I do?

If you notify us before the class, we will give you a $15 credit to use towards a Private Class this month! This is a wonderful option as catches you up in your group class and will help you to focus on developing excellent form. Another option is to come to the practice on Thursday between 9:00 - 10:30PM and our other students and assistant teachers will be there to show you what you missed.

Where can I get music to practice to?

You can listen to zouk music on our website at www.mazouka.com/music. Look up the “Class Playlists” for music you can practice to!

Where are the student resources I keep hearing about?

They are at www.mazouka.com/student-resources where you can find everything from places to dance to videos from the classes!
